Job Description
Position Summary:
The Conference Services A/V Tech Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times including set-up, delivery and clean
up on all meetings and functions, in accordance with all standards, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Responsible for moving, storing and set-up of tables, chairs and staging as necessary. 
Responsible for operating, instructing users and performing minor/preventive maintenance of the A/V equipment. 
Sets up, operates, and teaches the operation of all audio/visual, video conferencing, and IT equipment. 
Changes outdoor cards or meeting room assignment cards, cleans rooms in between meetings and / or re-sets room for next scheduled function. Print schedules or reports as needed. 
Sets up and/or operates equipment for a wide variety of presentations. Keeps accurate documentation on all projects, calls and
maintenance. Answers trouble calls as soon as possible. 
Provides excellent customer service to all clients. Provides input to the team and participates constructively in team decisions. 
Completes paperwork and meets deadlines to insure projects are on or under budget. 
Learns new skills and trains other team members. Assists Conference Manager/Lead with other duties as necessary to insure all
meetings and functions are delivered as planned. 
Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state
and local standards. 
Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.

Other Related Functions
Consults with Manager and team about purchases and usage recommendations for equipment and coordinates with outside vendors
services as needed. 
Performs minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment, furniture, and coordinates major repairs with IT Clinical Engineering, and
outside vendors. 
Assist Food & Nutrition personnel as required for set-up and clean-ups. Works as a team player in all areas and hospitals as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Training
High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience
One (1) year of audio/visual experience.
