Test Missile Kit (TMK) Operations / Production engineer responsible for reviewing, evaluating and deriving requirements for testability. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Provides oversight and technical guidance to assemble and test TMK's and support the functional verification testing of the support equipment. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems. Candidate will be required to attend and/or present at various production status meetings for senior management and customer. Perform duties of safety ordnance engineer.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with analog, digital and RF (Radio Frequency) system level testing.
- Experience with flight hardware testing and processing
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain ordnance and AA&E certifications.
- Knowledgeable of flight termination systems and general knowledge of range safety requirements.
- Experience in usage of standard electrical test equipment which could include: oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, LCR meters and logic analyzers.
- Ability to interface and foster good working relationships with our NAVY customer, electrical/mechanical engineering, material operations, electronic technicians, missile mechanics, and quality engineering.
- Experience with processing or testing Flight hardware.
- Familiarity with any ERP/MAP/IMPS/SAP software programs.
- Understanding of US NAVY Submarine Flight Test operations including in-tube conversion.
- Superior presentation skills, communications, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
