Your role

Are you passionate about working on robust and scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions? Do you have a knack for understanding business processes and how we can optimize and improve these through a combination of process re-engineering and technological changes? Do you have a curious nature, and are always interested in finding ways to innovate?

We're looking for a support Engineer to:

  • oversee automated operations processes and tackle production incidents
  • ensure availability performance of automated processes - help improve reliability and increase efficiency
  • identify, propose, and develop solutions to improve the quality of production solutions
  • communicate with various stakeholder levels across functional areas (Business and Technology)
  • help onboard new automation technologies, including (but not limited) to cognitive automation
  • analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and development best practices
  • propose new ideas for innovation and automation excellence
  • develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of automation requirements and activities

Your team

You’ll be working in the Automation Lifecycle Production Services team, as part of the global Automation Office within Technology Services. Our team is responsible for supporting more than 700 Automation solutions globally, to allow service delivery teams to execute their day-to-day business more efficiently.

Your expertise

  • experience of having designed & built robotic process automation solutions - with hands on experience of one of the following - UIPath, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere and Workfusion
  • development experience in one or more object-oriented languages (Python preferred)
  • ability to debug code using built in debuggers, trace stacks, and error handling
  • knowledge with Azure, Tableau, DataRobot, Dataiku
  • experienced with Automation Anywhere Enterprise, or other RPA tools
  • develop restful application programing interfaces (APIs) using common frameworks like Flask or Fast API
  • troubleshooting skills with an attention to detail and an ability to understand business processes
  • good understanding of data driven solutions and approach to large volume data processing
  • able to explain technology to non-technical audiences
