Responsible for developing and implementing websites, web applications, application databases and interactive web interfaces.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
  • Using HTML to achieve graphical and functional effects on web pages
  • Using Javascript to make web pages interactive
  • Using open-source programming languages such as PHP, ASP, Java or C++
  • Accessing CMS to manage online content
  • Having strong time and project management skills to work efficiently alongside web designers, UI developers and other team members
  • Promoting good communication between the front- and back-end web design process to avoid any costly delays and achieve digital business goals
  • Seeing the website development process from end-to-end to ensure a quality, functional final product
  • Using Google Analytics to capture data and define trends
  • Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
  • Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
  • Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Excellent design project organizational skills including adhering to best practices in project file management
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent research, time and program management skills
  • Demonstrated competency to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, set priorities and determine objectives and strategies to achieve them
  • Ability to deal with conflict and difficult situations with short deadlines
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly with peers and leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated expertise in the photography, videography, video editing, web design and digital Communications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years of relative experience in the field
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in HTML4 & 5, Javascript, Content management, Digital Communications, or related field within a corporate setting
  • 1 year, Google analytics, Google workspace, knowledge of G4
  • At least one year experience in the following programs: PHP, Google Application suite
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram format. The ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
