Imagine One is currently seeking candidates for an opportunity to support SURFMEPP, a large Navy program in Portsmouth, Virginia. We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to meet the following requirements:
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of related professional experience.
- Experience or related coursework in a .NET environment.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office and O365 suite and other database management tools and software, including high efficiently with Excel.
- Experience with the NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) processes and the entire NMCI Enterprise Service Tool (NEST) suite.
- Experience providing technical assistance to customers on inbound telephone tech support calls.
- Experience using remote access to perform troubleshooting.
- Experience walking customers through systematic processes for troubleshooting common hardware/ software issues.
- Experience conducting computer technology training with all levels of the Chain of Command.
- Experience with the NMCI Tech Refresh process.
- Desired experience:
- Demonstrated ability to develop, test and deploy effective intranet sites.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and works well in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and superb customer interaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a data center environment.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Secret Clearance
