Description:

An Enterprise Support Specialist is responsible for testing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software as well as possess strong and effective communication skills, good problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to assist and support end-users with their IT support needs Additionally, specialist should have basic knowledge in the following fields: Infrastructure, security, telecommunications, AV support and project management.

Maintain local IT Infrastructure & User Experience

Ensure Field Office sites alignment according to Corporate IT Standard

Provide local IT support to employees

Manage and assist the integration of new acquired companies

Create

  • Setup and configuration of local IT environment according to Corporate standard
  • Ensure collect of local business needs and participate to the IT Standards evolution
  • Lead RFP for local solutions
  • Manage local IT budget according to Corporate standard and legal obligations

Produce

  • Manage deployment of end user devices & work environment
  • IT Support & Administration experience
  • Up-to-date certifications preferred but not essential (MCP,CCNA, etc)
  • Network General background

  • The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York City. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $79,500-$106,000
