We are seeking a Voice Technician for a 6–12-month contract (Strong possibility of CTH). Candidates must live in TX near Dallas, Austin, Abilene, San Angelo, or Lubbock to commute on calls. You will work on relatively straightforward maintenance assignments on Telephony Services for TDM and VOIP products for the customer/company Voice systems and maintenance activities.

Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders. W2 only, no 3rd party candidates.

Required:

• Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ related experience in specific area or equivalent.
• Cisco CUCM
• Avaya experience.
