• 
  Performing time study analyses for all production areas of the automotive plant, regular and standardized on basis of a time studies system like MTM, REFA, etc.
• Identify improvement potentials based on time studies to optimize the manufacturing costs of the articles.
• Scheduling and leading implementation workshops to realize the potentials
• Supporting the plant/division when it comes to meeting the targets as part of plant price improvements by taking the realistic data sheet control loop into account.
• Helps the plant/DIV to achieve the targets from Continuous Improvement Programs Operations Management or other Stakeholders.
• Systematically collecting and checking REHAU process and logistics modules for establishing, applying and evaluating the time planning
• Developing standard time programs, process modules and codings for time studies

• 
  Prefer a degree within a techinical field
• Minimum of 3 years experience
