The Instructional Designer Content Developer (Electrophysiology) works closely with business partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to develop high-quality eLearning experiences to support business goals. This individual is responsible for the development of instructional design of content, as well as the creation of interactive, multimedia content. This will include Storyline interactions, graphics, animations, and videos. This position reports to the Digital Medical Education Manager.
Candidates will provide work portfolio links as part of the application process. The interview will include a portfolio review and discussion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partner with Subject Matter Experts to:
- Develop digital learning content
- Ensure training deliverables meet the identified learning outcomes and/or goals
- Conceptualize and execute Storyline and Rise projects
- Develop creative learning solutions to be visually engaging while maintaining BSC brand standards
- Ensure a consistent approach to usability and learner experience design
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of Instructional Design and digital content creation experience (Storyline, Rise, or other similar platforms)
- Knowledge of user experience
- Experience editing documents for clarity and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Instructional Design
- Experience with out-of-the-box innovation, graphics, video, xAPI, JavaScript, animation, web design, and other technical skills
- Experience working in a regulated industry (technology, healthcare, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative mindset and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
