Lockheed Martin MFC in Orlando, FL and Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Early Career Electrical/Product Engineer. In this role, assignments will permit the conceptual development of digital design skills in conceptual layout hardware design, firmware design, and hardware integration during the assembly and test stages. The successful candidate will have skills in Mentor Graphics or similar schematic capture or analysis tools. Candidate will be part of a team assigned to a program or development activity. Technical mentoring will be provided to assist with development of design skills. The ability to obtain a secret clearance is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Keen interest in weapon system development
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Skills in Mentor Graphics (DxDesigner). Verilog/System-Verilog
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Capable of solving complex problems and be able to focus on the complete product and the full life cycle of the product.
Good track record of leadership and propensity for volunteering
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
