Come join our Information Technology team as a Programmer Analyst I. In this position you'll receive guidance from the Helpdesk Supervisor and will provide various levels of computer support to our Venice Family Clinic, including but not limited to:

  • Managing and responding to the IT support needs of a clinical site.
  • Receiving orders, installing and configuring new computer hardware, software, and accessories.
  • Installing, configure and maintaining workstation to facilitate network services and providing staff access to servers.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing damaged or crashed systems/accessories.
  • Configuring and setup of Cisco phones.
  • Provide user training and assist with training room setup.
  • Maintain, track and update an accurate inventory of computer equipment and software licenses, and conduct an annual physical inventory count.

Salary range: $22.94 - $36.54 Hourly

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Skill and experience in trouble-shooting computer hardware/software problems, and network connectivity problems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/7, Microsoft Office 2000/2003/2010, and various computer utilities, business, and clinical software, and Sophos Anti-Virus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to our different sites within Los Angeles County and work flexible hours when needed.

Preferred: working knowledge of Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server, network topologies, local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Nextgen EHR/EPM.
