We need US Citizens or Green Card holder candidates, A minimum of five (5) years' of proven relevant professional experience in the following areas
- Business process analysis, reengineering, and improvement
- Project management and business case development
- Associate’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, or related discipline(s)
Position: IT Business Analyst/Jr. PM
The Pay Rate for this position is: $70 to 85 Per Hour Plus Overtime (AllTech Systems Inc. has optional healthcare, dental and 401K plans for contract employees! We pay for half of the premiums of our healthcare insurance for our contract employee! **Spouse/children extra)
Position Type: 6+ Month Contract (High Chance of a Renewal or Hire)
Location: Charlotte, NC
PAY RATE RANGE: 70 to 85/HR
Business Analyst/ Jr. Project Manager will support the IT Operations and IT Applications teams in gathering requirements, vendor management and project management. This individual will be responsible for partnering with the business and IT teams on daily administration and support of various projects. They will also be responsible for identifying the business requirements and turning them into improved process and technology solutions. This position is based in Charlotte, NC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Abide by, enforce and participate in all company safety standards and regulations.
For designated company initiatives this position is expected to perform any or all the following activities:
- Analyze and document business processes and recommend improvements
- Develop business cases and provide accurate financial analysis
- Manage the approval process
- Adhere to company Change Management Policy
- Assist in the development of project plans to monitor and track progress
- Serve as project manager through completion
- Manage the prioritization process to ensure resource availability and allocation
- Report and escalate to leadership as needed
- Maintain project backlog

Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, or related discipline(s); and minimum 5 years of proven experience in any combination of:
- Business process analysis, reengineering, and improvement
- Project management and business case development
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Math Ability:
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software,
- Business Intelligence software, reporting tools;
- Microsoft O365
- Microsoft Teams
