The Challenge:

Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in the DoD? You understand your customer’s environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to manage a test environment while dealing with real-world constraints makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution.

As a test engineer on our team, you have the chance to assist managing multiple Integration Laboratories while supporting multiple DoD programs. You will be responsible for assisting with integrating the latest modifications in to the lab environments and ensuring they are successfully tested. You'll assist in researching the physical and software configuration of each lab and maintaining that configuration. By utilizing your skills in technical thinking, problem solving and test management you can help the DoD meet their missions.

You Have:

  • Experience with aerospace, aircraft, or threat systems
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Master's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with System Testing and Integration
  • Experience working in a Software or System Integration Laboratory
  • Experience with airworthiness
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in Engineering

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
