Mango Languages is seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating amazing user experiences and a proven track record of developing and managing enterprise-level websites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level websites, including the integration of third-party systems such as Hubspot and Salesforce
• Implement search engine optimization strategies (SEO) to improve website visibility and performance
• Analyze website analytics to identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates
• Manage and optimize website data and content, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with our core product
• Ensure website stability and security through regular monitoring and updates
• Optimize page load speed to provide users with a seamless and fast experience
• Manage and maintain WordPress and other CMS systems, as well as headless CMS systems
• Manage roles and permissions within a CMS system to ensure security, stability, and cohesion
• Work with stakeholders within sales, marketing, human resources, and product teams to ensure web properties achieve company objectives
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors that are associated with website development and design
• Oversee database management, including data backup and recovery
• Implement email marketing automation strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates
• Integrate social media platforms into our websites to enhance user engagement and increase brand exposure
• Manage and maintain the technology stack(s) for Mango’s main website and other web properties
• Assist in development of Mango web applications as needed

Skill Requirements

• Proven experience developing and managing enterprise-level websites, applications, and web properties
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with modern website technology frameworks and stacks
• Experience with WordPress and other CMS systems
• Knowledge of headless CMS systems and database management
• Experience with search engine optimization, website analytics, and conversion optimization
• Strong understanding of website security and stability best practices
• Experience integrating third-party systems such as Hubspot and Salesforce
• Familiarity with email marketing automation and social media integration
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
