Job Description:

Position: Legacy Software Developer

Location: 33 Wood Avenue Iselin NJ

Shift Information: 100% remote Monday - Friday. Must cover EST time zone

Pay Rate- $65/h on W2

Duties:

• Role and Responsibilities
• Project lead, administration, and business requirements for 3rd party integrations with Salesforce.com (SFDC) including complex configuration, customization, and implementation of applications.
• Experience with development and maintenance of .net applications including system interfaces.
• Experience developing business analytics dashboards and reports including integration with SAP data.
• Participate in application assessment, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation
• Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Specright platform
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
• Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
• Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s/associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience with SQL, Web Services a plus
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning platform including LWC, which should include: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.
• Ability to clearly communicate with users, development team, and subject matter experts
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
• Multi-task across several ongoing tasks of varying priorities as required
• Must have excellent documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in solution design
• Familiarity with Software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate key performance indicators to all levels of the company
• Experience with custom Applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
