Junior Full Stack Application Developer: This role is hybrid - partially remote, partially in-office. Must be local to the Orlando, FL area.
Iron WiFi is looking to fill one contract to permanent position, and one Intern to permanent position.

Who We’re Seeking
IronWiFi seeks a dynamic, technically-skilled Web Application Developer responsible for frontend and backend development (analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, maintenance, support, and problem resolution) of web-based software applications.
Our developers continually are curious of how to refine process improvements, possess a love of learning, are transparent communicators, and have an intrinsic passion for development. This position is definitely for someone looking for stability in employment (vs project work) and the total comp (salary + benefits) which come with that. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
We find our IT team works best when they can come together for collaboration. IronWiFi offers a flexible working environment with the ability to be remote half of the time, however we do ask for our team to be available in-office for an initial ramp up period. After an on-boarding period, if the employee shows a firm understanding of job functions, then full remote work is possible.
What You’ll Do
- Performs analysis, design, development, documentation, implementation, maintenance, support, and problem resolution of web-based software applications.
- Develops, maintains, and updates all documentation relative to the development, implementation, operation and support of software applications.
- Provide estimates and time frames for project planning purposes and coordination of assigned projects.
- Provides software application support to customers & prospective customers as necessary.
- Maintains ongoing participation in mastering new and existing software applications and development environments.
- Plans, implements, maintains, supports, and completes other tasks, assignments, projects, and priorities as necessary.
- Remains flexible to work additional projects as requested or as needed.
Requirements
What You Need
Qualified applicants will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science major or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 0-6 months of hands-on development experience in a web-based software development environment
- Strong understanding of web design, navigation, content presentation, usability best practices, and web technology.
- Demonstrated time management and project management techniques to plan, develop, implement, and complete schedules, projects, tasks, and other assignments.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Clear and transparent oral and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $41,425.48 - $69,837.00 per year
