This position will be responsible for providing administrative, technical, and end-user support of Microsoft O365 applications as well as our other communication productivity and collaboration applications. They will provide technical guidance and next level escalation support to IT Frontline.

- Facilitates and gathers project requirements/use cases in an agile environment
- Ability to converts business requirements into technical requirement documents
- Designs and configures scalable solutions to meet staff needs
- Develops metrics and KPIs in dashboards to measure application effectiveness
- Documents and maintains current and future states of IT Operations processes
- Researches, analyzes, and recommends the onboarding and decommissioning of Collaboration tools

- A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
