Job Description

Analyzes user needs for Florida Together Now Project, to determine technical requirements. Works with CTSI Aso DIr Communications and communications team to prioritize needs, resolves conflicts, develops functional criteria, or chooses appropriate solutions.

Designs, builds, and maintains websites and web applications for Florida Together Now Project, using various web-based programming or scripting languages. Evaluates code to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, is secure, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems. Develops or validates test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic eternal interfaces and address all browser and device types.

Develops application architecture that may be used in the case of disaster recovery or catastrophic failure of system.

Identifies problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and corrects problems or refers problems to appropriate personnel for correction.

Maintains understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.



Expected Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000



Minimum Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience, or an Associate Degree and four years years of appropriate experience.



Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, coupled with the knowledge of when to seek advice.
