Front-end Engineer
Job Description
Position Summary:
ABSC is seeking a front-end engineer to support the ABSC Labs solution accelerator and multiple customer facing programs. Our hybrid team works remotely, on customer-site, and out of our corporate office in McLean, VA. You will develop prototypes, support operational capabilities, and work with the CTO and directors of capabilities (AI/ML, Agile Apps, Data Driven Ops) and markets (IC, DoD, FedCiv). Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Create mockups and wireframes
- Work with the development team and project manager to accelerate delivery of operational capability
- Respond to user feedback
- Employ best practices and modern design principles to create stunning and functional capabilities
Experience Required for this Role:
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development and design
- Demonstrated experience with figma, (vue, react, angular), JavaScript/typescript
- Knowledge of JavaScript, rapid prototyping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent
