Remote Windows System Administrator
PAY RATE
$38-$40
DURATION OF CONTRACT
4/03/2023-12/29/2023
DUTIES
- Oversee Patching in a 500+ Windows OS environment.
- Utilize Ivanti console to monitor and Patch assets in OT environment.
- Coordinate Change Requests and data outages for 3rd Party Patching.
- Create Custom reports to verify patching to stakeholders utilizing Ivanti Tools
- Ensure Ivanti functionality and coordinate remediation with other teams
- Deploy agents and patches to assets in the OT environment.
- Patch Windows and Linux environments.
- Perform Cyber mitigations on request
- Perform general Sys admin duties when required.
SKILLS
- Proven work experience patching using Ivanti is required.
- Detailed knowledge of Ivanti console setup, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.
- Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
- Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Familiar with Ivanti patching console.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule efforts between teams.
- Ability to document processes and status
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or 5+ years job experience.
- Ivanti Endpoint Manager Certification preferred
- Specialized advanced training from Microsoft related to Sys Admin
