Job Summary
The PBM Operations Product Owner Advisor (BPO) serves as the key interface and liaison between the business sponsor, or client and technology counterparts to advance high ROI/efficiency, division-wide and enterprise-wide initiatives.

This individual would have responsibility for working on the foundational team that will deliver training and act as liaison with the BPOs with our system tools and optimization providing strong leadership in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of current and proposed tools.

Essential Functions
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
Design effective training programs
Train and support new employees
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
Prepare material such as needed for training
Keep attendance and other records for training
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Monitor employee performance and response to training
Point of Contact for team members for questions/training for multiple internal systems
SME Knowledge of internal systems
Point of Contact for Agile process for team

Qualifications
High School Diploma and GED required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smart Sheets, Visio, preferred extensive knowledge on how to use excel required
Proven experience as corporate trainer
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
Organizational and time management abilities
Critical thinking and decision making
Strong interpersonal skills
Leadership interaction
Motivated, Self-starter, interest in process improvement

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,400 - 147,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
