Duties:

• Perform internal calibrations and adjustments on IM&TE to calibration standards, including, but not limited to: torque tools, power supplies, accelerometers, mechanical inspection tooling, and electronic measuring and output devices.
• Review calibration reports as received from the contracted Calibration house and ensure compliance to ISO processes
• Perform spot audits of work centers to verify compliance to ISO calibration processes
• Ensure tools, test equipment, and standards are properly calibrated and repaired according to established procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma/equivalent
• Minimum 6 years experience with calibration activities including identification, traceability, recall, reporting, handling and storage.
• U.S. citizen
• Fluent in use of Microsoft applications and ability to quickly learn new computer programs/applications.
• Adequate technical writing skills are needed.
• Familiarity with ANSI Z540 calibration requirements and ISO 17025 requirements.
• Familiarity with calibration reports and handling nonconformance documentation.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation associated with calibration activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of TIPQA and/or Costpoint database applications
• ASQ (or equivalent) accreditation as Calibration Tech

Salary Range: $29 USD - $45 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
