IT Support Technician
Job Description
The IT Support Technician will serve on the Help Desk Team and in support of associates across Rehmann. The position will be based in Florida with Orlando being the home office location. However, the position offers the benefit of being hybrid allowing the Technician to work from home. Travel to other offices in the Florida region will only be necessary on average one day a week.
How You will Make an Impact at Rehmann:
- Assist in resolving incidents/service requests submitted via email, phone, or walk up
- Support associate onboard/offboarding processes
- Software installations/troubleshooting and other related IT Technician functions
- Collaborate with a highly motivated team that strives for World-Class Customer Service
- A willingness to work outside of scheduled hours and travel between offices
Desired Skills & Experiences:
- Focus on exceptional customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in providing helpdesk support
- A+, Network+ or equivalent certification desired
- Proficient with Windows 10/O365 Suite and Android/iOS Mobile
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple requests
- A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical employees
- Experience with Cherwell Service Management System a plus
