Job Description
The Program Manager role within Global Real Estate (GRE) Chief Operating Office organization, directly reporting to GRE COO, is responsible for end-to-end management of various cross-functional, global programs and initiatives. The role is multi-faceted offering the opportunity to lead, take ownership for, and contribute to, the success of projects through the entire life cycle. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to integrate various functional disciplines towards the achievement of common goals. This role will work closely on projects within the real estate functions, as well as CAO partners within technology, sourcing, controls, general services (ops), communications, legal and HR.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize and prioritize multiple large, complex end-to-end programs meeting predefined objectives
  • Translating strategies into program/project plans; including scope management, stakeholder engagement, deliverables (KPIs), schedule, etc.
  • Work with business partners, functional/support group partners and stakeholders to create initial project plans and governance for identified initiatives
  • Work with regional/functional partners and stakeholders on creation of key milestones and timelines including prioritization of work driving milestones to timely execution
  • Ensure integration and coordination across GRE Regional and Functional activities, including understanding of all major Initiatives, Program, and project activities to ensure management is responsive, effective, and agile
  • Ensure thoughtful & consistent integration of our GRE Partners - Technology, Compliance, Amenities, Security, Controls & Resiliency, Operations, Communications, HR & Finance
  • Lead and provide integrative solutions across Real Estate Regions and Functions; integrative solutions with CAO partnering teams
  • Coordinate input to overall GRE global processes and /or initiatives; Recommend and implement changes / enhancements to improve processes and/or service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with Regions and Functions on their own processes, enhancing and developing sound plans to mitigate risk throughout the portfolio
  • Creating Tools and Templates that enable monitoring and reporting of Global Results and Achievements
  • Development of both strategic and tactical planning documents, including ad-hoc analysis and presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum 10-15 years relevant business experience; corporate real estate experience preferred but not required
  • Strong program management and organizational skills, including ability to create integrated project plans managing to deadlines and financial targets - prior experience with project management/coordination required
  • Proactive problem solver and gifted multi-tasker
  • Skilled collaborator and integrator experienced at executing projects and driving teams to succeed
  • Excellent communicator (both written and oral communication skills) and relationship builder with superior influencing and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated experience establishing objectives, tracking progress, driving enhancement opportunities, and communicating updates with multiple levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated excellence in time management skills and follow-up to ensure meeting deliverables
  • Flexible, process-oriented, organized, with excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills
  • High level of professionalism and commitment
  • Comfort-level with ambiguity and high-pressure environments
  • Work independently and in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools, a plus
