Duties/Responsibilities:
This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, etc.

Manage data quality, including (but not limited to): User-input fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, applications, dashboards and reports.

Create controls and monitors to ensure data quality is maintained to the highest accuracy.

Review current organizational health to identify redundancies or depreciated components.

Evaluation of currently used standard Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules/Actions)

Monitor user adoption of new workflows and processes to ensure optimal performance and utilization.

Perform user training, create, and maintain documentation and training materials.

Work with users across multiple business units to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.

Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements and process enhancements.

Document existing and new processes via a document management solution

Qualifications:
Education/Experience

Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required

1+ year of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in the professional services, insurance, or financial services industry

Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): flows, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports

Bachelors Degree in IT related field preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
