Lead Full Stack Engineer

Fidelity Investments Life Insurance (FILI) Technology team in Personal Investing is seeking a dedicated Engineer to join us in modernizing and building innovative and premier experiences, capabilities and platforms in support of this mission.

The Role

As a Principal Software Engineer/Developer, you will be applying your software development and automation skills to develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve records for a representative facing application.

This person will be a hands-on engineer with well-honed design and development skills. This individual will be accountable for all the deliveries of the engineering team

responsibilities:
The Expertise You Have and the Skills You Bring

• Full-stack development experience using Java, Tomcat, Spring Boot, Angular, Node and JavaScript
  
• Experience integrating with Service Oriented Architecture (REST) using Express / Node/SpringBoot/Dropwizard
  
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with crafting and building large scale applications
  
• Solid understanding in application development with micro architectures.
  
• Knowledge of end-to-end DevSecOps automation with CI and CD pipelines including Unit, Component, Functional, Performance, and Security test automation
  
• Validated experience in Oracle database and PL-SQL
  
• Ability to provide automation solutions to support all possible data scenarios
  
• Certifications in, and working experience with, AWS
  
• Define, maintain, and support our enterprise products

• Experience level: Experienced
