Remote location: New York, USA.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with verification flow infrastructure or CAD for verification
  • Experience with Python or Perl scripting languages

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience with verification flows and automation
  • Experience with simulation regression and compute farm management flows/tools
  • Experience with major vendor EDA tools/flows and emulation/FPGA
  • Experience with simulation tools (e.g., Cadence IES/Xcelium, Synopsys VCS, or Mentor Questa)
  • Experience with revision control systems and automation server tools (e.g. Jenkins)
  • Experience with databases (e.g., SQL or Oracle) and interfacing with CAD and IT teams

About the job

In this role, you will be developing tools to aid the Developer and RTL teams in the automation of their work. As a part of the verification team, you will work with us to evaluate new tools and ensure that any adoptions integrate well into our design methodology. You will explore opportunities in our existing flows to improve our verification flows for shorter design cycles.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-$220,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy tools and infrastructure to increase productivity of the verification team.
  • Develop and manage large-scale regression flows for simulation, emulation, FPGA platforms, including automated test generation.
  • Assist in the development and use of databases for various key information of verification metrics (e.g., fail signatures, pass/fail rates, simulator performance, etc.).
  • Evaluate, benchmark, and integrate EDA tools into our verification flows.
  • Lead continuous improvement to our verification flows.
