Are you an experience Engineer/Analyst (Space Systems) with demonstrated experience in supporting DoD MDAP acquisition programs, developmental test and evaluation programs, and systems analysis? Then we have a great opportunity for you to provide Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Systems Engineering support of Space Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP) and Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) pathways.

A week in the life of an Engineer/Analyst (Space Systems):
- Review and assess Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), developmental test plans, System Engineering Plans (SEPs), Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (LCSPs), Acquisition Decision Memoranda (ADMs), Acquisition Baselines and Strategies, and other milestone decision documents.
- Evaluate test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks for program reviews.
- Provide working-level integrated product teams (WIPTs) Test and Evaluation, and systems engineering support. Support Independent Technical Risk Assessments (ITRAs) and Development Test Assessments (DTAs).
- Develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers.
- Assess and provide recommendations on DT&E policy.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. - Bachelor's degree in science or engineering field
- 10+ years of experience supporting Space MDAP programs and the DoD acquisition process
- Active Top Secret Clearance (SCI eligibility)
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience
- Full understanding & knowledge of systems engineering and developmental test and evaluation disciplines for Space Systems MDAP acquisition programs and Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) pathways
- Understanding of Space Force acquisition and DT&E
- Directly assisted space programs to move through stages of design and development to successful delivery of mission capability.
- Understand software development for space programs
- Experience to include supporting policy and process engineering activities.
- Experience supporting OSD and/or Air Force/Space HQ organizations.
- Well versed in DoD 5000 instruction and DoDA
