Graduate, Software Engineering
As a Graduate, Software Engineering you will have the opportunity to rotate around various projects which directly contribute towards the products we create for our Air Transport Industry customers. You will be accountable for supporting and contributing to all aspects of delivery lifecycle - this means you will be working on real world challenges.
You will be a part of the Product Engineering team responsible for delivering the highest quality Products to the Business within the wider SITA organization.

What you will do
Have the opportunity to work on some or all of the below:
- Develop and test software on product creation and customer facing projects.
- Learn about software security and support automation around security processes.
- Work together in a DevOps environment contributing to all aspects of the delivery lifecycle fully integrated with Azure DevOps.
- Learn from our dedicated team of Developers to Write and deliver code for components
- Implement complex solutions and deploy them via fully automated pipeline on our Air Transport Industry Cloud
- Write automation test cases for Continuous testing of the products.
- Design and influence direction of future solutions.
- Learn our coding guidelines and best practice.
- Learn requirement analysis and design techniques.
- Must have a Degree or working towards a degree at Hons level in an IT/Engineering discipline.
- Working knowledge in any software programming language.
- We will give you the opportunity to participate in structured rotations allowing you great exposure to different experiences in teams and technologies.
- Get assigned to a buddy and a junior mentor who will guide you throughout your Graduate experience.
