Lockheed Martin Space is looking for a Software Engineer to support the FBM program. Candidate will work in a team environment to deliver custom applications to meet our customers’ needs. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, debugging, and implementing software solutions for our internal customers in the aerospace industry.
Core responsibilities include:
This position requires U.S. citizenship and must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Engineer continuous integration and delivery pipelines that are maintainable, scalable, and secure
- Working closely with the business analysts to identify pain points and develop solutions
- Be the advocate for a culture of automation on an agile custom software development team and an advocate of cloud strategies
- Pragmatic root cause analysis of problems if they occur and ability to solve the issue and seeing it to completion
- Enjoys learning new technologies and approaches to solve business problems
This position requires U.S. citizenship and must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

- Oracle Forms & Reports
- Oracle PLSQL
- Oracle Apex
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems
- Agile Methodologies and Tools
