Strong candidates will have:

  • Experience working within a technology start-up, or similar small to medium sized organization
  • A 'home lab' or technology setup you use to keep your skills up to date
  • A view that employee experience is a product, with a desire to constantly improve it

Your technical skills should include:

  • Experience provisioning, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting end user technology, including software and hardware
  • Experience of device management in Mac-based environments
  • Experience using identity and access management tools
  • Understanding of developer and engineering workflow and tools
  • Understanding of security policy implementation and related standards

Your soft skills should include:

  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment within a geographically distributed team
  • Ability to focus on promptly addressing customer needs
  • Ability to work within a diverse and inclusive team
  • Technically curious, versatile and solution oriented
  • A lot of patience and customer support skills
