HUMAN was founded in 2012 in a Brooklyn sci-fi bookstore by Tamer Hassan, Michael Tiffany, Dan Kaminsky, and Ash Kalb. As we enter the next phase of our growth following the mergers of Human Security, PerimeterX and Clean.io, we’re looking for an experienced Data & Analytics leader to join our team. This person will be responsible for building a center of excellence for data analytics and business insights.

Who you are:

• Deep expertise in various analytics and data engineering tools (Snowflake, Looker, Tableau etc.)
• Has led Data Engineering and/or Data Intelligence at a scaling startup ($50-100M+)
• Experience identifying, defining, baselining, and tracking KPIs
• Proven leadership record with strong client relationship skills
• Experience engaging and communicating with executives / leadership
• Strong drive and curiosity to come up with new ideas, identify opportunities and create vision to drive the business forward

What you'll do:

• As the primary owner of the data function, you will design and develop the data engineering and analysis strategy for HUMAN as we enter our next phase of growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and develop data-driven narratives that drive business insights and decision making
• Build powerful, insightful and dynamic data analysis to inform leadership on key business trends
• Establish a culture of collaboration and excellence across business data, insights, and integration teams, ensuring both quality and velocity
• Coach and mentor leaders and cross-functionally on how to better leverage data to understand business insights
• Deploy analytics ready datasets and train/ enable business partners to ‘self-serve’ analytics
• Partner with data engineering and GTM teams to generate insights and recommendations to monetize new revenue streams
• Serve as an analytical and technical thought partner to Executive Leadership and stakeholders around the business

$215,000 - $260,000 a year
