Job Description
.NET developer needed to assist with the completion of complex web application projects in support of the Enforcement Solutions services product suite under the supervision and direction of the Director of Enforcement Solutions and those delegated as Project Managers by the Director for specific projects. This position requires the team member to divide and manage their time between the product suite and the general Enforcement product suite. The exact designation of such a time division will be predicated upon need as determined by the Director of Enforcement Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Developing software solutions to meet customer needs.
- Creating and implementing the source code of new applications.
- Testing source code and debugging code.
- Evaluating existing applications and performing updates and modifications.
- Developing technical handbooks to represent the design and code of new applications.
Required Skill and Qualifications
- Must be able to pass Nlets 10-print and background check as a condition to employment
- 3-5+ years experience, C#, ASP.NET MVC (.NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 6+) and MSSQL Server
- Deep understanding of relational databases and database architecture
- Ability to write high-performance, and reusable code
- GitHub Issues/Pull Request/Wiki and general Git functionality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented problem solver with proven track record of solving complex technical challenges
- Experience analyzing current, complex technical workflows and designing and implementing efficient processes
- Extremely detail oriented, organized and able to write documentation for processes and systems
- Self-management skills and proactive work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Assist and support the Director of Engineering with team adherence to policies and documentation protocol as well as architectural planning and execution
- Strong research, investigation and problem solving skills is an absolute must. THIS WILL BE TESTED RIGHT AWAY UPON EMPLOYMENT.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Highly Desired : Experience working the parking industry
- GitKraken (or any suitable Git client), Visual Studio
- Experience with Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX technologies, Kendo UI
- Experience with Cloud Technologies, specifically AWS
Education
- B.S. in Computer or equivalent professional experience
