The Role

The Industrial Engineer at Tricolor Holdings will be a key contributor to our Supply Chain team, mainly designing and implementing processes and solutions to make our physical inventory management more efficient. The ideal candidate will have a natural desire to improve processes and a drive to lead dynamic projects that improve the company’s operations.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Develop meticulous solutions that serve our internal operations.
• Recommends improvements and/ or modifications to the sequence of operations in the Supply Chain team, especially in relation to vehicle inventory management.
• Plan the utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, technology, devices, and personnel to improve the efficiency of inventory management operations.
• Conceive, design, test, and develop innovative solutions based on analysis and organizational objectives.
• Utilize Project management tools to coordinate the completion of complex industrial projects, involving multiple business functions, department managers, and outside contractors.
• Designing control systems to minimize costs and inventory issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, procedures, and engineering standards and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Business Travel up to 20% of the time.

• Pay – $90,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience
