PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
Assists with various tasks within and related to the IT department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Assists Network Administration Officer and Software Administrator in the installation, configuration and maintenance of software and hardware;
  • Responds to problem calls on site or over the phone for employees; investigates error message and determines resolution; and,
  • Assists with various other job duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Basic computer skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; and,
  • Strong attention to detail

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and,
  • Prior IT-Related experience.
