Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off

As a Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Executing systems engineering processes and practices for system integration, technical planning, problem investigation, and performance evaluation for the D5LE Missile System in support of the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Production and Deployed System Support (P&DSS) Program.
- Supporting production areas and root cause analysis and corrective action identification for missile hardware/operational issues discovered in designs, including with handling operations at the Strategic Weapons Facilities (SWFs).
- Supporting analysis and provide interpretation of missile and supporting equipment requirements to ensure safety, reliability, and readiness of the D5 Missile System is are maintained. Coordinate responses to technical systems engineering issues with stakeholder FBM organizations located across all program sites.
- Preparing and leading presentations and technical briefings in support of other FBM customers and contractor organizations.
- Maintaining a close relationship with US Navy customer to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in systems engineering or electronics design and integration
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret level security clearance
