Your Impact:
  • Providing IT support in-house and at client locations (remote, onsite fill-in, or assignment)
  • Provide the highest level of customer service for all levels of the business and external clients
  • Present a professional appearance and demeanor for both internal business and external clients
  • Able to work extended and flexible hours, including occasional nights/weekends per an on call schedule and best effort case
  • Fielding inquiries/problems and providing updates to all users on progress and completion of requests including Executives/Senior Management
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
  • Providing desktop support for computers and software through phone and direct contact including Executives/Senior Management clients
  • Installing, repairing, and configuring PC’s, peripherals, and other end user equipment including, phones, cell phones, MACs, iPhones, and iPads
  • Maintaining documentation for all helpdesk and end user processes and procedures pertaining all levels of the business
  • Providing IT support to customers at home locations including Executives/Senior Management (occasional local travel required)
  • Working with the business unit and/or application owner to provide acceptance testing on developed features to ensure all business and functional requirements are met
  • Take lead on Procurement responsibilities for IT and work closely with others IT Teams during the REQ and PO process (ReQlogic preferred)
What you’ll offer:
  • 5 years of desktop support experience in Helpdesk for both phone and desk side support in a Windows enterprise environment (in Financial Services a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in an Executive support capacity
  • Experience using IT service management applications like ServiceNow or similar
  • Proven experience with Windows 10 and MS Office 365
  • Proven experience with Mac and iOS
  • Experience in configuring and supporting iPhone, iPad and Android devices in Microsoft Exchange based networks
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks and internet protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and to be motivated, reliable, and a self-starter
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve break/fix and configuration issues with hardware and software in Microsoft networking environment
  • Ability to work extended and flexible hours
  • Ability to work with all level of users
We’d love to see:
  • Windows server system administration experience
  • Cisco IP Telephony phone administration experience
  • Citrix Workspace experience
  • Experience with AV, WebEx and Zoom (configuration and support)
  • Extensive experience working in a 400+ user enterprise environment with a broad range of technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft networking and MS Office applications
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Current industry certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

The base salary range for this position is:
$100,000 - $150,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
