If so, lets talk.

A typical day may include:
- Working with experienced operators on one or more of the five teams in Operations, monitoring and controlling the operation of the mainframe hardware and software;

- Making sure that batch workloads run to completion— without error or delay;
- Analyzing first-level problems for all systems, resolving and routing as appropriate, supporting the systems management processes specific to requirements;
- Attending team standups or cross-functional interactions.
- Learning new skills and enhancing existing ones through our training plan. Later in your career at IBM you, like all employees, will be required to complete at least 40 hours of training each year, earning badges, certifications and qualifications.
