Perform site surveys, cable testing and installation- Maintain documentation related to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records
- Develop, implement and manage policies and procedures
- Prepare plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery
- Assist with deployment of company LANs, WANs, Voice and wireless networks, including routers, hubs, switches, UPS, and other hardware
- Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards
- Suggest and implement innovative networking solutions
- Configure and test networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation
- Monitor and troubleshoot problems as needed
- Prepare and present network performance statistics and reports
- Travel expectation to client sites is 100%
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise installing, testing and repairing various types of fiber optic, twisted pair, coaxial cables and their components
- Experience with network cable and structured cabling design
