This position is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and shipping quality brushes and rollers in accordance with standard efficiency and safety procedures.
Major Tasks Include:
- Operate packaging equipment including but not limited to, baggers, drop sealers, and zip sealers
- Pack rollers according to work orders utilizing various packaging materials such as plastic bags, boxes, etc.
- Read and follow instructions in all areas of the production floor, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, & receiving, etc.
- Monitor quality of product in manufacturing and packaging areas
- Use computers to enter data for work associated tasks
- Participating in housekeeping activities that is a reflection of a safe and clutter free work environment
- Continuously advocating and practicing the principals of the safety program
- Participating in the site safety committee meetings and activities
- Performing other job related duties as assigned
- Adhere to attendance policy
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with fine hand manipulation
- Experience in an environment where you rotate from department to department
- Experience monitoring quality of raw materials or finished goods

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and will impact where actual compensation may fall within the stated wage range. The wage range listed for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

Shifts: 6am-6pm; 6pm-6am ($1/Hour Shift Differential for 6pm-6am)
Potential retention bonus of $500 after 90 days and $1000 after 6 months. This retention bonus is for external hires only.
