Overview:
Under limited supervision, the IT System Analyst will provide functional and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements while directly supporting Digital Engineering initiatives. This is a highly visible role in a strategic Fortune 100 Company.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced culture driven by Honesty, Transparency, Trust, and Alignment as an IT System Analyst in the Digital Engineering area working remotely, with some travel to our locations when needed (15%).
Under limited supervision, the IT System Analyst will provide functional and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements while directly supporting Digital Engineering initiatives. Major Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with users to understand PLM, CAD, and drafting concerns, troubleshoot issues, and propose process improvements to increase user efficiency and experience.
- Work closely within the Engineering Applications Team and the business to design, build, and manage Digital Engineering and MBSE systems.
- Large project support, system/application implementations and upgrades.
- Assist with the long term migration to standard engineering tools.
- Handle support requests from end users via ticketing system.
- Collaborate with PLM Architects, DBAs and Infrastructure teams.
- Documentation of business/system processes, training materials, and test plans.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 5 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and ten years of related experience.
- Strong organizational skills; experienced in prioritizing tasks ensuring that the most critical tasks are addressed first and at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Strong team player adept at collaborating with team members to support a multi‐site customer base.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with MBSE and digital applications such as MagicDraw / Cameo (SysML), Teamwork Cloud / Collaborator, Model Center, Syndeia, Jira, etc.
- Familiarity with PLM / PDM systems such as Windchill, SolidWorks PDM, Nexus, Minerva, etc.
- Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python and Java.
- A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Less than 25% travel is likely.
