Responsible of the South Region Service center located in Louisiana.Implement GSI Services Operations strategy and processes in collaboration with the Services Operations NAM team within the region. Strong focus on execution activities in line with Safety, Quality, Delay and Costs standards as well as maximizing Customers satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Project execution responsibility
- Strong promoter of EHS behaviors and rules.
- Perform & Monitor Safety at every stage of Operations activities.
- Ensure proper follow-up of project execution governance including kick-off meeting, project review and post mortem
- Manage & Develop the local Operations staff.
- Monitor the Customer Satisfaction.
- Perform shop and site’s audit to ensure the quality of work.
- Make the CAPEX budget for the Operations activity and training program.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the facility as well as all tools and test equipment (calibration, repair,…)
- Organize logistics to transport all tools and equipment to the different customer sites.
- Propose training program for Operations (Engineering, Field and Shop workers) to support the new service products.
- Identify and recommend additional resources and industrial footprint to meet Business Development & prepare the future.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Service functions

- Previous works experiences in a matrix organization desirable.
- Strong Knowledge on High Voltage equipment and solutions.

- Process improvement as well as service specifics to determine and satisfy customer requirements.

- MS Office, MS Project, Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat.
