The Project Manager, or PM, is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to support business initiatives.The duties include budget and funding management, managing a project team, and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines.You will do this by delegating tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them and make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to deliver the results. Additionally, you will be communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals, performing quality control on the project to maintain the standards expected and adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
The site Digital Champion/ Site Digital Transformation Leader is the representative of Manufacturing within a site's Digital Team. In this role, you would be responsible for the delivery of digital projects, solutions and tools that satisfy the corporate, sector, region and site priorities and needs and deliver value to the compelling business need. You would lead the site's digital transformation of culture and organization by creating adoption, capability and fostering innovation within the site.
Responsibilities:

- Brings together the Site Digital Team (Cyber Security Leader, Start-Up Leaders, IT/OT Leader, E2E IT Ops Leader, CS SPOCs, Department Champions, Key Users, SSOs and Application Owners)
- Facilitate connecting the appropriate site resources with Global Business project managers to work project detail plans & execution.
- Prioritizes and coordinates the work of the Digital Start-Up Leaders and Department Champions
- Drives reapplication across the site, removes barriers, and facilitates issue resolution where required.
- Drives the development of Digital Dexterity within the site, promotes in-house innovation
- Represents the Site in the Region and Sector Master Plan efforts.
- Coordinates and participates on the development of in-house tools and systems.
- Leads the Digital Team drumbeats and provides monthly status, needs and priorities to the SLT at least monthly
- Participates of the site Loss Analysis and the Loss Elimination Pillar to drive loss elimination through digital tools and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 0-4 years of practical experience
- Understands the concepts of IIoT and Industry 4.0
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle by working in a project team or a project management related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively, strong interpersonal skills
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to teammates and non-technical colleagues.
Pay Range: $85-$115K
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total Rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
